Its getting close enough to the event, that its time to put together a schedule/order for Friday. A couple of you have expressed certain time constraints, and I will do my best to accommodate everyone. If you have an issue and have not contacted me, please let me know and I will do my best to work you in to where it fits your schedule the best. With 9 cars being tuned, we can't afford to have any downtime. Dave and I have put together a schedule that should avoid this, and make sure that everyone gets the time that they need.
Please reply here for what session you would like to be in. To avoid possible delays and wasted time, I'm asking everyone scheduled for that session to be there when it starts, unless you have made prior arrangements. The 1-3 is merely a numerical count, not a set order. The biggest thing is to just keep me informed of any delays and such, so I can shuffle things around if needed. FRIDAY ROAD TUNING Session # 1 (10:00am) (Meet @ Charlez's House) 1. Paul 2. Ken 3. Mike H Session # 2 (1:00pm) (Meet @ DynoSport) 1. Micheal M 2. Bear Session # 3 (3:00pm) (Meet @ DynoSport) 1. Xan 2. Rodney 3. Eron FRIDAY BASELINE PULLS: 2:00pm - 5:00pm Doug If we have time Friday evening, Dave would like to get a car or two on the dyno also. I'm not going to try and schedule that in advance. From my past experience, we will just see which cars Dave thinks will be the easiest to get out of the way first, and save the more difficult tunes for Saturday. As far as the schedule goes on Saturday, I am also going to just play that by ear based on what happens Friday. Someone may need another quick road tune, and dyno times can vary quite a bit from car to car. There are a couple people who have requested to be first thing on Saturday morning so they can get home, so we will plan on them being first. Otherwise we will just see how the day goes. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know and I will do my best to address them. Thomas This post has been edited by Thomas A: May 8 2008, 10:51 PM |

I don't have that day off either...4:00 would be pushing it to the max for me since I usually don't get off work until 4:00-4:30. I figured us baseline guys could be worked in whenever on Friday.

I just thought I would mention that if my car is back on the road that weekend (work schedule just got really tight, no reason I can't do it though) I hope that I have my clutch broken in by then. You might want to put a "(Maybe?)" next to my name... as I still have 3 or 4 things to figure out in the car... shifter being one of them.

I can be the next one after that. I'll schedule it so I get in at 9am. That'll give the car some time to cool off after the drive. If others want to go first, I can be bumped as I'll be there all day.

Updated. Thanks guys.
Yeah, the baseline pulls will be fairly flexible as far as time. Basically anytime Friday afternoon. I just don't want them extending into the evening in case we have time to start on some tuning, but that shouldn't be an issue with only 3-4 cars. Thomas |

You can toss me in the last bracket if you want. I got friday off, and if they decide to make me work, it will give me a chance to get a nap in!

If nothing else, I might just see if I can ride along if that is ok? |

As long as you don't mind the back seat. Or heck you can take a shift driving. We'll be leaving around 3am I figure to get there around 9am. My schedule is tight.
Arrive Friday morning, sleep friday night. Leave Saturday evening to be back here Sunday morning. gotta get back for mothers day. |

Ken e-mailed me and said the schedule looked good to him. He would have posted himself but he couldn't log in for some reason.

Sounds good. I've been tinkering with it a bit, and I think I have it to where it will work out for everyone. If you wanted to work that day, I could move you back later. The baselines on Friday will be pretty laid back schedule wise. Pretty much anytime from noon-early evening. I just don't want everyone showing up at 7pm (IMG:http://www.midwestthundercats.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Nah, I've got the vacation time and I'd rather not feel rushed to get there. Friday's have the tendency to bite my ass sometimes. Atleast this way, I'm not rushed to hurry up with work to get there. Thanks tho

Thomas,
Is there going to be room for a few "show up" people. I'm just thinking that there might be a couple people who just want to throw their car on the dyno to see what it does. Is the schedule flexible enough for that? I'm not sure that it'll happen, but with our meet being that Friday, you never know if someone will just want to see what their car can do... |

Might as well take my spot off, I really doubt I will get the car done with all of the work we're getting.. Looks like Dalke gets a free $150!
I will still show up to see everyone and their cars though! |

Days just aren't long enough. |

Yup, Rodney and Eron from St. Joseph are coming up.
Sorry to hear Blake. I think I have someone that can take your spot, so I'd think Dalke would work with you on the deposit. I'll talk to him about it. Thomas This post has been edited by Thomas A: Apr 24 2008, 06:02 PM |
